Will the Equality Act be implemented?
I am grateful to employment law barrister Daniel Barnett for drawing my attention to the fact that the implementation dates for the Equality Act 2010 have been removed from the government's official website. There may be a good reason for this but if there is a delay it confirms what I heard at a TUC seminar a couple of months ago. That is that the Tories were lukewarm about the legislation.
